I’ve been doing influencer marketing campaigns for companies since 2014, and at Koala since 2017. It’s crazy how much the industry has evolved, and I’m grateful to have worked with so many talented creators along the way.

It's something I'm great at. Heck, I think I'm incredible at it.
I've spent years doing it, perfecting it, learning how to improve bit by bit.
But I'm comfortable. It feels like I've been doing it my whole life. And there is no growth where there is comfort. And there is no comfort when you are growing.

Now that my role at Koala is evolving it’s time to let my influencer campaign baby go so I can grow more skills. It’s only fitting that I bid this responsibility goodbye with an influencer event teaching creators how Koala designs our products, sources sustainable materials, and tests for safety, and durability as well as how you can clean your home without any toxins using simple ingredients found in the everyday pantry.

Influencers are an incredible asset for companies when done right.
I’ve worked with over 700 influencers over 10 platforms, and the content they made has converted thousands of sales, been featured in magazines, been repurposed for our ads, and outperforms so well in our ad campaigns.
Influencers enable you to reach new audiences, champion your brand to their followers, and provide you with a fresh take on your products.

For this particular event I had invited multiple influencers who were not on, or just just started on their low waste, and low toxin living journeys. In order to not double serve ads, and truly make an impact you need to book creators who will be going on that journey with their followers.
Influencers were treated with a guest talk by Stephanie Roberts-Baxter who discussed how Koala designs, and tests our products...

Followed by a 5 course lunch from At Your Table...

I’m so happy for all the opportunities I’ve received, and friends I’ve made running Koala’s influencer campaigns for the past 3 years xx
